HITESH SHAH
Managing Director (CA , CMA)
Navkar Institute was established in 1997 by Hitesh Shah with the primary goal of providing coaching in Chartered Accountancy with just 25 students of CA and today the Institute has reached its pinnacle by becoming one of the largest Coaching Institutes in India, showing its level of excellence not only in CA but also in CS, CMA & CPA coaching with total faculties exceeding 100 and teaching 4000 students at a time. Hitesh is Group Managing Director and responsible for strategic decisions and business development.

She has been working in the financial/accounting industries for more than eight years. Graduated with a bachelor's degree in commerce majoring in accounting, from Gujarat University, India in 2014. She completed her CA in 2016 and her CPA (Australia) in 2018. As a director, she has extensive experience managing operations, teams, and managerial aspects of the company. Among her greatest assets is her ability to multitask in a variety of areas and advise a diverse range of clients. In addition to being a founder and employee of the organization, she is hardworking and sincere. Additionally, she is responsible for the organization's overall performance and strategic plans.
MOHIT SHETH
Operating Director (CA)
Mohit is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India with a Bachelor's Degree in commerce and strong accounting fundamentals. His core area of expertise is managing and handling taxation and related issues for Australian firms. He possesses a rich experience in almost all the areas needed to assist the Australian Accounting firms. He handles every aspect from bookkeeping to tax planning with equal ease and efficiency. His passion and enthusiasm have helped many of his clients in minimise their tax liabilities and explore growth opportunities.
RAHUL SHAH
President (CA, CMA)
Rahul is a highly successful Chartered Accountant (Rank Holder) and an illustrious Cost Accountant with a rich experience of 25 years. He has been working as CFO for numerous listed Companies in India and has worked as Finance and IT Head in Tanzania as well. His core proficiencies and expertise are in the areas of Finance, Accounts, Compliance and Taxation. Apart from these niche domains, he has experience in the handling of Initial Public Offering (IPO), Mergers and Acquisitions, PE funds, Commercial Papers and Structured Funding.
Rahul Shah, the elder brother of CA Hitesh Shah (MD, Navkar Group), has served as a strategic advisor in establishing and nurturing the group's new ventures. His role in NCS is to monitor and guide the young professionals as an expert mentor so as to ensure that the mission of NCS is comprehensively accomplished.
